Key performance parameters

Waterproof rating (IP): This is the core parameter, commonly used in electric vehicles with IP65 to IP68 ratings. IP65 can prevent rainstorm washing and splashing, and is suitable for daily commuter vehicles; IP66 can withstand strong water spray and is suitable for rainy areas; IP67 and above can be immersed in water for a short period of time, suitable for electric vehicles that frequently wade through water or go off-road.

Temperature resistance range: Qualified products can generally cope with temperatures ranging from -25 ℃ to+85 ℃, while high-quality products can reach temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to+105 ℃. They can adapt to temperature fluctuations in different seasons and regions, avoiding low-temperature brittleness and high-temperature softening.

Rated voltage and current: Vehicle components need to be matched, such as a 48V motor adapted to a 48V rated voltage wire group, and low-voltage components such as headlights and instruments using a 12V wire group. The current needs to meet the power requirements of the components, for example, the current of the motor wire group should be higher than the rated current of the motor to prevent overload and heating.
